What We Offer

Spiritual Leadership Coaching Workshop

Since 2012, BMI has equipped Christians with the skills and spiritual insights to help people experience God, hear him more clearly, and live out his purpose with integrity in faith, relationships, and leadership. 

 

In this 2 ½ day, interactive workshop, participants will be introduced to twelve essential coaching skills that will help them build trust, raise spiritual awareness, lead those those coach to focus on what matters, and commit to God-honoring actions to solve challenges and seize opportunities.

Earn Your Certificate in Spiritual Leadership Coaching!

Through our certification process, participants will hone the skills introduced during the Spiritual Leadership Coaching Workshop through a process of reading, one-on-one mentor coaching, spiritual reflection journaling, and coaching feedback from peers. The entire certification process (except the workshop) can be completed in the participant's own setting. While many of our graduates serve as professional coaches, others use the skills they learned to enhance their ministry to people they serve in their church, marketplace, home and community.

Our training is approved for a total of 60 Core Competency CCEs through the International Coaches Federation (ICF), which can be used either to renew or, through the Portfolio Pathway, as part of the process for obtaining an initial ICF credential.
