Connect with others and learn spiritual coaching skills in this interactive, three-day training workshop. Trainers include Richard Blackaby, Director of Coaching Bob Royall, gifted executive coach Brett Pyle, and others.
God has placed you in the position of “Trusted Advisor” to some key leaders around you. They seek your counsel. Some want your advice. But do you have the coaching skills to help them most effectively?
What You Will Learn
- How coaching differs from counseling.
- The 12 essential coaching skills.
- How dependence on the Holy Spirit fits into the coaching process.
This training will provide an introduction to critical transformational skills and principles, while also serving as the first step for those who choose to enroll in the BMI Leadership Coaching Certification process. We integrate the biblical principles found in Experiencing God and Spiritual Leadership with key coaching skills to help you become more effective in guiding the people you serve to connect with God’s work in their lives.

This workshop includes:
Everyday schedules
- Monday: 1pm – 6pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Early-Bird Registration Fee
($499 After September 30th)
Cancellation
If cancellation occurs prior to 30 days from workshop date, the registration fee is refundable minus a $25 administration charge. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the beginning date of the workshop, ½ of the registration fee will be refunded.
